Resident Care Coordinator: Full-time, Day time hours. We are seeking a qualified registered nurse to oversee and coordinate care in one of the neighborhoods of our nursing facility. Must have 1 year of management experience in healthcare or 2 years of experience in healthcare. Must have the ability to critical think, have strong assessment and management skills, knowledge of computers required, and most importantly, the desire to work with the elderly. Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation.
RN/LPN: Full-time & Part-time, evenings and nights. Provides professional nursing care to assigned residents in a nursing home environment. Records resident histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops resident care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Observes residents’ progress and records observations in medical records.
CNA: Full-time & Part-time, 6 am-2:30 pm or 10:30 pm-7 am. As a CNA, you will work closely with our residents, providing basic care and assisting them with personal hygiene and daily living needs. CNA’s also providing comfort, transportation, and are responsible for monitoring vital signs.
CNA/Rehab Aide: Full-time, 6 am-2:30 pm. This positions main focus is to perform the role of the CNA and helps with our restorative programs.
Assistant Cook: Full-time, 11:30 am-8 pm. This position provides support to the head cook, helping prepare food and maintaining standards of sanitation, safety, and food preparation.
Assistant Cook/Dietary Aide: Full time, 5 am-1:30 pm & 6 am-2:30 pm. The person in this position will split their time, working 2 days a week as an Assistant Cook and 3 days a week as a Dietary Aide.
Dietary Aide: Full time, 6 am-3:30 pm. The person in this position will assist with clean up, kitchen maintenance and setting up and taking down the dining room, as well as serving residents.
Dishwasher: 32 hrs/week. The person in this position will assist with clean up and kitchen maintenance while maintaining sanitation standards.
Maintenance: Full-time, 8 am-4:30 pm. Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. The person in this position will be responsible for general maintenance duties such as light plumbing and electrical, painting, etc.
Van Driver/Maintenance: Full-time 9:30 am-6 pm. Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. The person in this position will help with transporting residents, trash removal, set up for events, and light maintenance.
Assistant Director of Activities/Activity Aide: Full-time, Mostly daytime hours. We are seeking a highly creative, people person to work in our Activities Department. They are responsible for planning and implementing activities for our residents. Strong documentation skills are important and computer experience is a plus. Must be 25 years of age, have a valid drivers license, and clean driving record.
