Duties include developing & directing social services program & supervising Social Service Aides. The ideal candidate should have good communication, documentation, organization & supervisory skills. RN Resident Care Coordinator: Full-time, primarily daytime hours
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate care in our nursing facility. The person in this position is responsible for managing, supervising and assisting the nursing staff, as well as providing administrative support and patient care. Must have 1 year of management experience in healthcare or 2 years of experience in healthcare. Must have the ability to think critically and have strong assessment and management skills. A love of the elderly and compassionate personality is a must. Weekend, holiday and on-call rotation. Hourly base rate: $26.85 plus shift differentials, weekend premiums, and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $2,000!
Restorative Nurse: Full-time, primarily daytime hours
We are seeking a rehab certified Restorative Nurse. The person in this position will promote our resident’s ability to live as independently and safely as possible by achieving and maintaining optimal physical, mental and psychosocial function. Nursing license required, RN license preferred. Must have experience with Quality Outcome Measures and at least 2 years in long-term care. RN base rate: $24.85. Plus shift differentials, weekend premiums, and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $2,000!
RN/LPN: Full-time & Part-time, evenings and nights
Our nurses provide professional care to assigned residents in a nursing home environment. Records resident histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops resident care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Observes residents’ progress and records observations in medical records. RN base rate: $24.85. LPN base rate: $18.15. Plus shift differentials, weekend premiums, and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $2,000!
CNA: Full-time & Part-time, nights (10:30 pm-7:00 am)
As a CNA, you will work closely with our residents, providing basic care and assisting them with personal hygiene and daily living needs. CNA’s also providing comfort, transportation, and are responsible for monitoring vital signs. CNA base rate: $12.40. Plus shift differentials, weekend premiums, and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $1,000!
CNA/Rehab Aide: Full-time, days or evenings
This position’s main focus is to perform the role of the CNA and helps with our restorative programs. Rehab certified preferred but not required. CNA base rate: $12.40. Plus shift differentials, weekend premiums, and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $1,000!
Social Services Aide: Full-time, 7:30 am-4 pm, Some weekends & evenings required
We are seeking a compassionate, people-person for our Social Services Department. The person in this position will assist residents and their families to assure that the medically related social, emotional, and psychological needs are met and maintained on an individual basis, and coordinate care services. Must be at least 25 years of age.
Assistant Cook: Full-time, days, multiple positions available
This position provides support to the head cook, helping prepare food and maintaining standards of sanitation, safety, and food preparation.
Dietary Aide: Full-time days
The Dietary Aide is responsible for the proper delivery of meals and nutrients at scheduled times and places while assisting in sanitary maintenance of the assigned work area.
Dishwasher: Full-time & Part-time, days and evenings available
The person in this position will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the dining room. They will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and storing dishes and equipment.
Floor Care Technician: Full-time, 2:30 pm-11 pm Mon-Fri
The person in this position performs overall floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing) of areas throughout the facility, as well as furniture shampooing.
Groundskeeper: Full-time, Daytime Hours, Year-round position
Responsible for mowing grass, trimming and pruning trees and shrubs, and removing yard waste throughout the campus.
Activity Aide: Full-time M-F, Some weekends and evenings required
We are seeking a highly creative, people-oriented person to work in our Activity Department. They will be responsible for planning and implementing activities for their assigned neighborhood. Strong documentation skills important, and computer experience a plus.
Housekeeper: Full-time, 7 am-3:30 pm
The person in this position will maintain the sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition of the Home. The person in this position will change linens, dust and polish furniture, scrub bathrooms, and keep all public spaces neat and tidy.
