Assistant Food Services Director: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-8:30pm, on call weekend rotation required
Duties for this position include resident care plans, supervision of employees and overseeing kitchen and dining room areas. Knowledge of special diet requirements, sanitation certificate, and previous supervisory experience helpful. Computer knowledge is a must, previous long-term care experience is a plus. Must be a certified dietary manager or be willing to obtain CDM certificate.
Activity Aide: Full-Time , 8:00am – 4:30pm, weekends and evenings required
This person is responsible for planning and implementing activities for their assigned neighborhood
Social Services Aide: Full-Time , 7:30am – 4:00pm, some weekends and evenings required
This person is responsible for assisting residents and their families to assure that the medically-related social, emotional, and psychological needs are met and maintained on an individual basis and coordinate care services.
Administrative Assistant for Nursing Services: Full-Time , daytime hours
This person is responsible for coordinating and maintaining employee in-service records, developing and maintaining recordkeeping for immunizations of staff and residents, assisting the staffing coordinator, and other administrative duties.
Housekeeper: Full-Time , 7:00am – 3:30pm, weekends required
This person will maintain the sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition of the home
Geri Aide: Full-Time, 7:30am – 4:00pm, weekends required
This person helps our nursing staff with non-direct patient care. This includes helping with transportation, activities, meal service, and passing supplies to residents.
RN Evening Supervisor: Full-time, 2:30pm-11:00pm, Every other weekend required
This position promotes adherence to departmental policies and procedures through direct supervision and ongoing training of staff, monitors/directs resident care delivery, directs response to resident and/or facility emergencies, ensures appropriate shift staffing levels, and responsible for covering the floors when needed. RN Evening Supervisor base rate: $25.85. Plus shift differentials (evenings $2.00, nights $2.50, weekend premiums $0.56), and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $2,000!
RN/LPN: Full-time & Part-time, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
Our nurses provide professional care to assigned residents in a nursing home environment. Records resident histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops resident care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Observes residents’ progress and records observations in medical records. RN base rate: $24.85. LPN base rate: $18.15. Plus shift differentials (evenings $2.00, nights $2.50, weekend premiums ($0.56), and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $2,000!
CNA: Full-time & Part-time, days (6:00 am-2:30 pm), evenings (2:30 pm-11:00pm) and nights (10:30 pm-7:00 am)
As a CNA, you will work closely with our residents, providing basic care and assisting them with personal hygiene and daily living needs. CNA’s also providing comfort, transportation, and are responsible for monitoring vital signs. CNA base rate: $12.40. Plus $1.15 shift differentials, weekend premiums, and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $1,000!
CNA/Rehab Aide: Full-time, days
This position’s main focus is to perform the role of the CNA and helps with our restorative programs. Rehab certified preferred but not required. CNA base rate: $12.40. Plus $1.15 shift differentials, weekend premiums, and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $1,000!
Cosmetologist: Part-time, 3 days/24 hours a week. No weekends.
This position performs basic hair care needs for our residents in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulation. Current Illinois Cosmetologist License required.
Dietary Aide: Full-time 11:30am-8:00pm and 6:00am-2:30pm, Part-time 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, weekend required
The Dietary Aide is responsible for the proper delivery of meals and nutrients at scheduled times and places while assisting in sanitary maintenance of the assigned work area.
Assistant Cook: Full-time, 11:30am-8:00pm, weekends required
This position is responsible for supporting the head cook, helping prepare food and maintaining standards of sanitation, safety, and food preparation.
