Arthritis Pool ClassGood Samaritan Home offers Arthritis Pool Classes in the Watson Aquatic Center that are open to the public. These warm water, group, aquatic exercises consist of simple range of motion exercises that are done at your own pace. These classes are led by high qualified instructor, Maggie Johnson. This program is highly recommended by local physicians. To be able to participate in the class, it is required that we have a  signed order from your doctor stating that it is OK for you to be in a warm water pool. You will need to bring this with you to your first class meeting. In order to participate in these classes, you must be able to do the following:

  • Get yourself in and out of the building
  • Dress and undress yourself
  • Stand in water up to four feet for about an hour while doing exercises
  • You do NOT need to be able to swim.

Class schedules are as follows:

  • Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30-8:30 am
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 9:15-10:15 am
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 11 am-noon
