These warm water, group, aquatic exercises consist of simple range of motion exercises that are done at your own pace. These classes are led by high qualified instructor, Maggie Johnson. You will need to bring this with you to your first class meeting. In order to participate in these classes, you must be able to do the following:

  • Get yourself in and out of the building
  • Dress and undress yourself
  • Stand in water up to four feet for about an hour while doing exercises
