Responsible for assisting in planning, developing, and directing the overall operation of maintenance department in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. Performs maintenance on air conditioners, heaters, laundry equipment, generators, and mechanical lifts/beds. Completes general maintenance such as plumbing repair, unplugging toilets, replacing broken pipes and water lines, and the repair of washers and dryers. Performs general carpentry, paints interior and exterior walls, moves furniture, replaces electrical outlets and light bulbs, and maintains facility grounds. Will share responsibility for the regulatory compliance within the Maintenance Department and being available for on-call situations.
Requirements: Must be a high school graduate or its equivalent. Two years' supervisory maintenance experience preferred, and a general knowledge of all trades to include electrical, plumbing, boiler, and mechanical areas. Possess ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with residents, family members, staff, and fellow department heads.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Hours 6:30am-3:00pm
Primary responsibility is scheduling and ensuring appropriate staffing levels. Candidate must be very detail oriented, able to multi-task, have excellent phone and people skills, extremely organized, and have good computer knowledge.

This position supervises the functions of nursing services and directs personnel. This person will be responsible for covering the floor as a staff nurse as needed and assist with scheduling to ensure proper levels of staffing. Our nurses are responsible for leadership on the floor and ensuring the highest quality of patient care for our residents. A love of the elderly and compassionate personality is a must.

Our nurses provide professional care to assigned residents in a nursing home environment. Records resident histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops resident care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Observes residents’ progress and records observations in medical records. RN base rate: $25.35. LPN base rate: $18.65. Plus $1 an hour bonus for hours worked for full-time status, shift differentials (evenings $2.00, nights $2.50, weekend premiums ($0.56), and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $2,000!

As a CNA, you will work closely with our residents, providing basic care and assisting them with personal hygiene and daily living needs. CNA’s also providing comfort, transportation, and are responsible for monitoring vital signs. CNA base rate: $12.90. Plus $1 an hour bonus for hours worked for full-time status, $1.15 shift differentials, weekend premiums, and experience pay. Hiring bonus of up to $1,000!

This position is responsible for supporting the head cook, helping prepare food and maintaining standards of sanitation, safety, and food preparation.

Duties include resident care plans, supervision of employees, and overseeing kitchen and dining areas. Knowledge of special diet requirements, sanitation certificate required, and previous supervisory experience helpful. Computer knowledge a must. Must be a certified dietary manager or be willing to obtain certification.
