What can The Patter do for you?

It’s my second week doing The Patter here at Good Samaritan Home, and I’m happy to be connecting through this piece with all of our residents, cottagers, and staff who use it! So logically my next step would be, how can I better serve you?

We will be circulating a survey in the coming weeks so you will have a chance to let me know your thoughts on our weekly newsletter. With me being so new here at Good Samaritan, I just want to make sure I’m providing you with the information you want!

So you’ll have the opportunity to tell me what you do or don’t like about The Patter, what you want more of or less of, and any and all ideas and thoughts you might have to enhance it. I come from a print background, so one of the things that I believe to be most important is your satisfaction, and what we can do to enhance The Patter for you,  and hearing from our users is the best way to ensure we are giving you what you want.
