Important COVID-19 Update

We were informed on June 30th, 2020 that one of our employees tested positive for COVID-19. At this time, the facility has entered into a full quarantine with residents quarantined to their individual rooms.

Outdoor visitations have been postponed and will be re-visited at a later time. All non-urgent appointments have been cancelled for the near future.

Window visits are still allowed at this time. However, the window must remain closed at all times and under no circumstances should the window be opened.

More details are to come as we receive further guidance from the Adams County Health Department. The health and safety of our residents remains our top priority as we continue to follow proper COVID-19 guidelines and procedures regarding both residents and staff. A facility-wide COVID-19 test will be administered to both internal residents and staff in response to the confirmed positive employee.

Additional news and updates regarding COVID-19 policies and procedures can be found on both our website ( and Facebook Page (Good Samaritan Home of Quincy).

“if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.”
