A Notice for Cottagers

If any cottager receives a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, please inform Sarah Dolbeare at 217-223-8717 ext. 4235. Good Samaritan Home would like to be prepared in case any cottagers require a higher level of care within our nursing facility.

Mask Reminder

Please remember to wear a mask when maintenance personnel stop by to perform routine maintenance and work requests in your cottage. It is our priority to protect the health of not only our staff, but you as well. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Dolbeare.
